There are a number of BCP options, so Why KingsBridge?

There are a number of business continuity planning options out there. So why choose KingsBridge? To begin with, we deliver plans that are practical, not just theoretical.

For starters, it’s simple: we focus on making your life easier. While other BCP vendors emphasize features or complexity, we take a different approach. Instead, we build plans that actually work — without the fluff. For over 40 years, our goal has been to provide practical, real-world solutions for business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident response. As a result, you get a partner focused on outcomes, not just software features.

What Sets Us Apart?

We believe that resilience shouldn’t be complicated. Therefore, we’ve built our process around simplicity and security. You don’t need a degree in risk management to use our tools. Instead, we provide straightforward, easy-to-follow steps that actually deliver results.

In addition, our experts guide you through every phase of the planning process. You’ll always know what’s coming next — and why it matters. As a result, your team stays focused and your plan stays on track.

Build for Real-World Continuity

Because we’ve worked with clients across a wide range of industries, we understand that continuity needs vary from one organization to the next. That’s why we tailor our approach to fit your environment. Whether you’re starting from scratch or refining an existing plan, KingsBridge meets you where you are.

Our SHIELD Software Solution

Our SHIELD software provides a proven, practical approach to building your Business Continuity Plan. It walks you through each step of the process, so you don’t have to guess what comes next. That way, your team can stay focused during a crisis rather than scrambling for answers. As a result, you’ll save time, reduce risk, and stay focused on what matters most.

Because SHIELD is cloud-based, you can access and update your plan from anywhere. In addition, your data is encrypted and securely backed up, so you’re covered even if your systems go down.

In addition, we designed SHIELD to be intuitive and flexible. Therefore, whether you’re creating your first plan or refining an existing one, the platform adapts to your needs. Most importantly, SHIELD gives you confidence that your plan is ready when you need it most. In short, it’s designed to work under pressure — not just in ideal conditions

The Parking Lot Test
With decades of experience in the field, we know your Business Continuity Plan needs to work in real-world conditions — not just in theory. That’s why every new SHIELD feature must pass what we call the Parking Lot Test.

Before anything gets released, our team walks out to the parking lot with phones and tablets in hand. There, we test each feature to ensure it works — even without a desk, office, or stable Wi-Fi connection. As a result, every feature we ship has already been tested in real-world conditions. If it doesn’t work, or if it’s too difficult to use, we go back to the drawing board and improve it. In turn, this ensures your plan works when it matters — even outside your office walls.

When you choose KingsBridge, you’re not just buying software. You’re choosing a partner that’s committed to keeping things simple, secure, and effective — no matter where you are or what happens next. In other words, we build SHIELD to work wherever you are — not just in the boardroom. That’s why KingsBridge Is Simple & Secure Business Continuity Planning (KISSBCP).

Need More Than Just Software?

Our Software + Support

KingsBridge provides more than just software. Our SHIELD solution gives you the tools to build and maintain a reliable Business Continuity Plan. More importantly, it helps you stay focused on what really matters when time is short. In addition, we offer hands-on support when you need it.

Consulting, Training & Confidence

Whether you’re building your first plan or refining an existing one, our consulting team is ready to help. In addition to guiding you through each step, we offer training and testing services to make sure your plan holds up when it matters most.

For example, we can run real-world tabletop exercises that validate your strategy and reveal any gaps. As a next step, we can also help your team rehearse responses and identify improvement areas. This way, your team stays sharp and your plan stays effective. As an added benefit, these exercises also build confidence across departments. Ultimately, our goal is to make business continuity something you can manage with confidence — not confusion.
