Use Beam Notification
Use BEAM Notification as a simple and straightforward communications tool. In the time of an event you want something that is second nature, not something confusing, so Beam your message to your team and people!
- Sign in to your SHIELD account: https://shield.disasterrecovery.com
- Go to the “Notification” module.
- Enter a Subject and Message.
- Choose the desired recipients of the message by clicking the box next to a group. You can also choose specific Personnel or Teams by clicking “+ Personnel” or “+ Add Team”.
- Click Send Now.
- Watch for the confirmation window to be sure your message was sent.
